At lumenesttoys.com, we stand behind the premium quality of our children's modeling clay. We want you and your child to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. 14-Day Return Window

We offer a strict 14-day return policy. You have exactly 14 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or product exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Toy Clay Specific)

To ensure safety and hygiene standards for children's play products, your return item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • The clay kits and accessories must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

  • The plastic inner seals of individual clay blocks/tubs must remain intact and unbroken (dry or hardened clay due to customer opening cannot be accepted).

  • The item must be in its original product packaging with all mold tools, guides, and accessories included.

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase from our site.

Note: Items sent back to us without first formally requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@lumenesttoys.com with your order number and clear photos of the unopened product’s current condition.

  • Step 2: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Step 3: Pack the items securely in their original shipping box to prevent transit damage and mail it to our facility.

4. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the clay arrived damaged, hardened due to a packaging leak, or you received the wrong kit, please contact us immediately. We will issue a prepaid return label and cover all costs.

  • Customer Remorse: If you simply changed your mind or purchased the wrong color/set, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original credit card or digital wallet within 7 to 10 business days.
