By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our premium toy products for any unauthorized or illegal purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our clay kits to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place. In the event we cancel an order, we will notify you using the email/billing address provided.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF MATERIALS & TOY SAFETY

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and packaging layouts of our Magic Clay products. However, your computer monitor's display might vary slightly. All clay sets must be handled in accordance with the age recommendations labeled on the packaging.

SECTION 4 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Lumenest Toys, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of our products purchased via the storefront.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
